Community Employment Services

Community Employment Services assists people in career development. Our goal is to make successful job matches based on the realistic choices of the people we serve. Job seeking activities are tailored towards each persons personal needs, interests and skills.

We strive to deliver community employment support services that result in individual satisfaction and enhanced self esteem.

We currently support 39 individuals with developmental disabilities in our community, working with 17 different community employers including Market Basket, Olive Garden, Exeter Hospital and Webster at Rye.

Our job coaches assist by:

Building relationships
Developing new skills, responsibilities and self-esteem
Assisting with orientation and training
Always being available for support
