Great Bay Services is licensed by DHHS to provide MaineCare-funded Case Management services to adults age 18+ with a diagnosis of an Autism Spectrum Disorder or Intellectual Disability.
Our experienced and knowledgeable Case Managers help identify personal goals, strengths and support needs to maximize independence. We assist individuals in exploring and accessing resources that help them develop a sense of well-being, purpose, and belonging in the community.
Our Case Managers work as dedicated advocates that care tremendously about securing the services your loved ones need. With small caseloads and low turnover at our facility, we really get to know and care for your family in ways other agencies cannot.
