Judith Pellowe •​ Chair

Judith Pellowe began her career as a real estate paralegal. Over the years, she has shifted to focus on operations, human resources, and finance. Judith currently works as the Business Administrator for the New Hampshire Municipal Association. Before joining NHMA, Judith was the business office manager for a medical practice on the New Hampshire Seacoast. Judith has been active in her community, serving on the Board of the Appalachian Mountain Teen Project for nine years and holding the positions of Treasurer and President. Judith also volunteered for ‘Alton’s Main Street’, a monthly newsmagazine that served her community. She currently serves on the Finance Committee of the Human Resources Association of Greater Concord as well as on the GBS Board. Judith received her B.A. from Wells College, and a degree in accounting from McIntosh College. Judith is also certified in Human Resources by the Society for Human Resource Management and the HR Certification Institute. She is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management, the Association of New Hampshire Public Employer Human Resource Administrators, and the Human Resources Association of Greater Concord.Judith is the Business Administrator for New Hampshire Municipal Association. She holds a BA from Wells College.  

Megan Callan •​ Treasurer


Margaret (Megan) Callan is a senior business professional with 20+ years of experience in major publicly traded corporations and nonprofits. She is currently the Director of SEC Reporting at Bottomline Technologies, a $350 million supplier of payment systems for companies and banks. Prior to that Megan held the position of Corporate Controller at Nashua Corporation, a $265 million manufacturing company. Megan’s background includes responsibility for all major areas of Finance including Accounting, Controls, Financial & Strategic Planning, and both Internal & External Reporting. She holds an MBA from the University of Nebraska and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Accounting from Siena College. Megan is an active and integral part of the GBS Board Finance Committee. She has proven to be a valuable and dedicated resource and has shown solid judgment and great passion for the organization’s mission.  

Sara Janjigian Trifiro •​​ Secretary

Sara Janjigian Trifiro has over 20 years of marketing and business development professional experience in both for-profit and non-profit organizations. Throughout her career, she has worked in and with non-profit organizations on marketing, fundraising, and events. Most recently, Sara implemented a feasibility study for a $20M capital campaign for a private evangelical school outside Boston. In addition to the GBS board, she serves as board member and Vice-Chair of Advancement for the Armenian Women’s International Association. Sara holds a BFA in photography from Washington University in St. Louis and an MBA from Simmons School of Management.

Tony Anni

Tony brings twenty years of promotional design and marketing experience to Great Bay Services. For the past sixteen years, he has directed the marketing function at Sponge-Jet, Inc., seeing it through nearly a decade of double-digit international and domestic growth, and has been integral in Sponge-Jet’s partnering with Great Bay Services to leverage their skilled workforce for the past fourteen years. Tony lives in York, ME with his wife, Megan. 

Maryanna Arsenault

​Maryanna Arsenault is a hospice and home healthcare professional, and consultant.  She formerly was the President/CEO of HomeHealth Visiting Nurses of Southern Maine.

Pamela Buck

​Pamela Buck is the Human Resources Coordinator for York County Shelter Programs. She previously worked as an Employment Specialist for adults with disabilities. She is a currently running for House District 18 in Maine.

Paul Kleinman

Paul joins us from Bouchard, Kleinman, and Wright. Paul has a reputation for litigating high exposure complex cases. He has handled lawsuits involving medical, legal and accounting malpractice, environmental contamination, product liability, commercial and contractual matters, employment practices, and death claims. In addition to successfully trying numerous cases before a jury, Paul has resolved hundreds of matters through mediation and arbitration. Paul also consults on real estate matters for some of the largest property management companies in the state. Paul leads litigation courses accredited by the New Hampshire Insurance Department on matters such as bad faith practices and claims investigation. He has also led accredited seminars to physicians on medical malpractice. He has taught the continuing legal education courses on trial advocacy sponsored by the National Business Institute.

Paul is a court appointed mediator for the Superior Court Rule 170 program, and was recently appointed to serve on the Superior Courts medical malpractice panel. Paul earned a BA degree from Binghamton University in Environmental Studies, and graduated from Boston University School of Law in 1986 with honors. He has clerked for the Rhode Island Supreme Court and the New Hampshire Superior Court. He is a member of the New Hampshire and Massachusetts Bars, and is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts of New Hampshire and Massachusetts and the United States First Circuit Court of Appeals.

Jud Knox

​Jud Knox was the CEO of York Hospital for 38 years.  During this time he lead the building of centers in York, Kittery, Kennebunk, Berwick, South Berwick, Wells, and Sanford, and oversaw the  establishment of the Home Care & Hospice, Cancer Care and Cardiovascular Care Units among many others. 

Tony Theille

Tony is a retired teacher, residing in Portsmouth.  His stepson is a long-time client of Great Bay Services.

Steve Holland • Emeritus

Steve retired as Manufacturing Manager at General Electric in Somersworth after a 42-year career. He earned a BS in Electrical Engineering and an MBA.  An active member of his community, Steve served on the Somersworth Industrial Development Authority and the Strafford Learning Center planning committee. He is also Past President of the Somersworth Children’s Festival. Steve lives in Somersworth with his wife, Elizabeth, and son Richard, who receives services from Great Bay Services. Steve has been a Great Bay Services board member for many years and served as Chair in 2012.
