Who is Great bay services?Great Bay Services provides innovative programming to adults with intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities, and autism. We believe that every adult deserves the opportunity to live a life filled with purpose, independence, and joy. Since our founding, our mission has been simple yet bold: empower adults with intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities, and autism to fulfill their lives' potential as valued members of the communities we serve.

Our ProgramsEverything we do begins with a conversation - with each individual, their hopes, and what a meaningful life looks like to them. From there, we partner together to turn those visions into reality. Whether finding a job that aligns with a passion, building the confidence and skills to live independently, or creating deeper roots in the community, our role is to remove barriers and empower.
Our support services span case management, community supports, employment supports, and independent living supports. But at the heart of it all is one core commitment: self-determination. We believe people thrive not when decisions are made for them, but when they're empowered to make them themselves. Over the years, we've watched and cheered as goals became achievements, and as individuals grew to stand as tall leaders, workers, neighbors, and changemakers. Each success story isn't ours - it belongs to the people we support. We are honored to play a role in their journey. |
