WHAT IS A DSP AND WHAT DO THEY DO?
​​DSP stands for Direct Support Professional. Direct Support Professionals, or DSPs for short, work directly with individuals with disabilities to achieve their potential based on their unique skill sets and goals.

Great Bay Services provides services tailored to each individual, assisting, guiding, and encouraging our members to work on or complete a certain task, skill, or job.

This work can vary depending on the staff member, GBS individual, goal, and the support team.

At Great Bay Services, our teams provide services in a variety of settings, from artistic and fitness-based activities to grocery shopping, nutrition, and cooking classes to assisting at a job site and more, based on the program they are a part of.
